REPORTING FOR ADMISSION OF MD/MS COURSES 2025

As per the allotment done by Medical Council Committee, Directorate General of Health Services, Govt. of India, New Delhi, all the candidates who have been allotted MS/MD seats in the Round-1 of PG Counseling, in Institute of Medical Sciences & SUM Hospital are hereby directed to bring the following documents mentioned below:

The following documents are required for Physical Reporting during verification by the College authorities:

  • DGHS/MCC Confirmation Letter/ Allotment Letter

  • NEET Admit card in Original.

  • NEET Result/Rank Letter.

  • Original mark sheets & Pass certificates of class 10th

  • Original mark sheets & Pass certificates of class 12th

  • MBBS Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate.

  • MBBS mark sheet all year.

  • Internship complete Certificate

  • Permanent / provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI / State Medical Council.

  • College Leaving Certificate in Original.

  • Conduct Certificate in Original.

  • Migration certificate in original.

  • Aadhaar Card of the Candidate.

  • PAN Card of Candidate.

  • 10 Nos of colour Photograph.

  • 2 sets Photocopy of all the above document
